Canada’s Ocean Supercluster is pleased to provide an update on upcoming opportunities for engagement across Atlantic Canada and our leadership team.

The Ocean Supercluster is continuing to develop its operational framework. This work is expected to continue over the summer months and includes finalizing a funding agreement with government, formalizing partnerships with industry investors, and engaging stakeholders and innovators across the country. The top priorities for the leadership team remain:

  1. Incorporating the Ocean Supercluster as a federal non-profit organization
  2. Concluding a Contribution Agreement with the Government of Canada
  3. Finalizing an Ocean Supercluster Members Agreement

Engagement Update

This summer, the Ocean Supercluster team will travel across Atlantic Canada to meet with stakeholders. Through a series of information sessions, we will provide updates from the leadership team, as well as more details about membership opportunities, the innovation roadmap, and overall business model of the Ocean Supercluster. Each session will run from 8:30 AM until 12:00 PM and will give attendees the opportunity to learn about the Ocean Supercluster, ask questions, and network with other industry members and innovators. More information about the summer roadshow will follow in the near future. Please save the date in your calendar.
