Nearly Defenseless MCDVs in Dangerous African Waters

HMC Ships Kingston and Shawinigan, both Maritime Coastal Defence Vessels (MCDVs), are set to arrive in Abidjan 23 February after a stop in an unannounced stop in Senegal on the 18th.
