NATO Allied Nations Complete Dynamic Mariner 2019

October 18, 2019 – 18 Allied nations participated in the NATO Maritime Command’s exercise Dynamic Mariner 2019 off the coast of Spain Oct. 8 through Oct. 18. The exercise brought together 32 surface ships, 2 submarines and 18 aircraft, and enabled participants to train together across all maritime warfare areas. AOPS Landing Craft Ready for Action

October 14, 2019 – ABCO Industries Inc. (ABCO), based in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia completed sea trials for the 12 metre landing craft in the summer of 2019 and delivered the first vessel in October 2019. They will supply these support boats for each of the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ships (AOPS) currently under construction at Halifax Shipyard for the Royal Canadian Navy.
