Sexual Assault Charges Laid Against HMCS Toronto Officer

November 14, 2018 – On November 10, 2018, the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service (CFNIS) charged a member of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) with multiple sexual assault-related offenses under the National Defense Act (NDA) and Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).
