After sailing under the Arctic ice, the NRP Arpao docked in Halifax for another logistical stop and maintenance of bilateral relations between Portugal and Canada.
After 4 intense days of minor maintenance and logistical operations, the submarine Harpoon left yesterday, May 25, for the last patrol of this mission.
For the next 26 days, the submarine will be on discreet patrol in NATO service, once again contributing to the Alliance’s security in the North Atlantic.
