Retired Vice Chief of the Defence Staff Vice Admiral Nigel Brodeur has made his photo album tribute to his father, Victor Brodeur in print form. Victor Brodeur was the first Francophone flag officer in the Royal Canadian Navy and in charge of Canada’s Pacific Coast defense in the Second World War. Directorate of Flight Safety releases initial report on CH-148 Cyclone accident
