CCC is pleased to announce it was awarded a new contract with the United States Department of Defense (U.S. DoD) for the delivery of OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) ECPINS Training Program. Through CCC’s contract, OSI will deliver two training programs: ECPINS Operator Training and ECPINS Train-the-Trainer. The training will take place on U.S. Navy bases and support the Naval Surface Warfare Centre (NSWC) for its ship-to-shore landing craft program.

OSI’s ECPINS, or Electronic Chart Precise Integrated Navigation System software, is a leading Warship ECDIS (WECDIS, Warship Electronic Chart Display Information System). ECPINS integrates multiple sources of navigational data, including electronic charts, GPS, and radar, into a singular, cohesive interface. The charting software supports navigation and enhances tactical advantage through enhanced situational awareness to ensure the crew and vessel’s safety. It is third-party type approved against the industry gold standard NATO STANAG 4564.

Headquartered in Burnaby, BC, OSI has been providing advanced integrated navigation and tactical solutions to military customers for over 20 years. As a pioneer of WECDIS, the company has grown to be a leading provider of integrated navigation and tactical solutions designed for naval and maritime security operations. The company develops and delivers integrated bridge systems for warships, integrated dived navigation systems for submarines, and C2 systems for small craft. OSI currently has 25 naval customers from around the world that together operate more than 700 warships and submarines, all of which use its world leading integrated navigation and tactical solutions.
