On Sunday, July 21, 2024, a joint PASSEX (Passing Exercise) exercise was conducted between the Frigate (F/C) NIKIFOROS FOKAS and the Frigate (F/C) LIMNOS with units of the Standing NATO Maritime Group 2 (Standing NATO Maritime Group 2/SNMG2) in the Central Aegean.
During the co-training, communication, composition and image exchange and progressive maneuvers exercises were performed.
This joint training contributed to advancing the level of operational readiness, combat capability and cooperation of the participants in an allied context.
